Oak discard from local builder in Devon made into a wall hanging wood tile with a wood burnt Kingfisher bird design added using the pyrography method. Such majestic little creatures that really are an honour to recreate. Adding with a little acrylic to emphasise the subtle iridescentturquoise colouring.
 
Wire hung, finished with 2 layers of matt lacquer for protection.
