All designs are burnt by hand onto the products. Some products are made to order.
Items are produced within 1-3 working days and dispatched between 1-2 days working days, if not sooner, of placing the order. If it is a customised or branding order I will inform you of the delivery time, if different to ensure you are happy with the turnaround time.

Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate due to Royal Mail or the chosen courier.​ If you require an item urgently for a special event or date please contact me and I will try my best to accommodate your requirements. ​

Gift wrap service is available on listings otherwise clean recycled packing is used where possible. Orders are sent via Royal Mail unless otherwise stated. 

Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return the goods, unused, in their original packaging. Please inform me of your intention to return in writing to Heather Cottage, Blackawton, Totnes, TQ9 7AE by email at All goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery to receive an exchange or refund. Orders placed in December will have an extended refund period which runs until Jan 7th.​

Any goods that have been specially commissioned, personalised or customised to order cannot be returned.​

You are responsible for arranging and paying for the goods to be returned using a delivery service that ensures the item can be tracked and insured during transit.​

Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.​

Faulty Items :

The product is made with love, care, and attention and checked prior to sending. However in the rare event it is faulty please get in contact via email within 14 days and I will offer you a refund, exchange, or replacement reimbursing any return postage costs incurred.

Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only. This may be for customer messages through the Wix contact form, Wix pop-up form, Mailchimp, or our Gmail email address (, or when you purchase a product or when you subscribe to our Newsletter.

How do we store, use, share, and disclose our site visitors' personal information?

Our company is hosted on the platform. provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through’s data storage, databases, and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  Mailchimp 

All direct payment gateways offered by and Wix Payments used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We use PayPal to process payments. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Once our customer’s purchase has been processed our product invoicing and accounting system is stored in our G-Drive system which is a three-tiered protected system. This information is not shared. How do we communicate with our site visitors?

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes, we may contact you via email or maybe telephone, text messages, and postal mail depending on your given method.

How do we use cookies and other tracking tools?

Our website tracks personal information through the use of cookies implemented within all Wix websites.  You can also view the Cookies Banner placed on our website.

It's important to note that third-party services, such as Mailchimp, Gmail & Google Analytics or other applications offered through the Wix App Market, placing cookies or utilizing other tracking technologies through Wix´s services, may have their own policies regarding how they collect and store information, for details please request if required.  As these are external services, such practices are not covered by the Wix Privacy Policy.
