Cedar discard from local builder in Devon made into a wall hanging wood tile with a wood burnt  bumblebee design added using the pyrography method.

Inspired when visiting a garden centre in Torcross, Devon. Such wonderful creatures I can't resist recreating them time and time again.  Absolute delight to create this piece with a little acrylic to emphasise the traditional bee colouring. 
 
Wire hung, finished with 2 layers of matt lacquer for protection.
