Scrap wood piece from local sawmill in Credition, mid Devon made into a wall hanging with a wood burnt Jellyfish design added using the pyrography method.
Inspired by the beautiful creatures in the surrounding local seas, I am always drawn to recreating marine life. I loved making this piece, adding the vibrant blue acrylic to emphasise it's bright colouring.
 
Wire hung, finished with 2 layers of satin lacquer for protection.
