Scrap wood piece from local sawmill in Credition, mid Devon made into a wall hanging wood tile with a wood burnt Seal Pup design added using the pyrography method.
 
Inspired on a trip to the Mewstone, Dartmouth, Devon. Such wonderful creatures living in a small colony on this rock only visible from a boat. Absolute delight to create this piece with a little acrylic to emphasise their beautiful colouring.
Wire hung, finished with 2 layers of matt lacquer for protection.
